Process · Six phases, one rhythm

Most agency process is theatre — kickoff decks, status calls, and a launch that lands flat. Ours is an operating rhythm: a written brief on Monday, a critique on Wednesday, a ship note on Friday. Every week produces one artefact your team can point at.

The six steps

From Monday brief to launch in ten weeks.

Six phases, one rhythm. Each phase produces one artefact your team can point at — from the first insight memo to the launch-week enablement pack.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Discover

We spend a week inside your business — with customers, with the data, with the people who know where the bodies are.

    Ships

Insight memo · Stakeholder map · Success metrics

    Focus

    Listen

    Step 1 of 6
  2. 02

    Weeks 2–3

    Define

A sharp positioning platform, one narrative, and a scope you can defend at a board meeting.

    Ships

    Positioning · Messaging · Roadmap

    Focus

    Sharpen

    Step 2 of 6
  3. 03

    Weeks 3–6

    Design

Identity, product, and web design in tight vertical slices. Every artifact is production-ready by end of week two.

    Ships

Design system · Comps · Prototype

    Focus

    Compose

    Step 3 of 6
  4. 04

    Weeks 5–9

    Build

We ship in Next.js on the highest bar of craft, performance, and accessibility. QA is a habit, not a phase.

    Ships

Production build · CMS · Analytics

    Focus

    Craft

    Step 4 of 6
  5. 05

    Week 10

    Launch

A launch that earns attention — press, campaign, community, and an internal enablement pack.

    Ships

Launch plan · Campaign · Enablement

    Focus

    Ship

    Step 5 of 6
  6. 06

    Weeks 11+

    Compound

We do not disappear after launch. Weekly experiments and quarterly reviews turn a launch into a curve.

What makes it different

Four opinions most agencies will not commit to.

The industry default is a status meeting and a Gantt chart. We think both are a tax on good work. Here is what we do instead.

  1. 01Rule

Partners in the room, not on the invoice.

The senior who pitched you is the senior who runs your account. No junior handoff after the ink dries — the person on your Monday call has forty engagements behind them.

  2. 02Rule

    Weekly artefacts, not weekly meetings.

We replace status calls with Friday ship notes: what shipped, what is next, what needs a decision. If a meeting cannot decide something, we skip it and send a Loom.

  3. 03Rule

    One roof, no vendor triangulation.

Strategy, design, engineering, and growth in the same standup — so a positioning change reaches the codebase inside a week, not inside a quarter.

  4. 04Rule

    Measured out loud.

A public dashboard from week one — hypotheses, experiments, revenue delta. You see the win, you see the miss, you see us adjust before the retainer renews.

Engagement timeline

What ten weeks actually look like.

A typical brand-plus-website engagement. Sprint scopes compress. Retainers extend from week eleven. Nothing on this chart is aspirational — it is the calendar we run.

Weekly rhythm

Three rituals. No status meetings.

Every week is the same shape. Predictable enough to trust, disciplined enough to produce.

  1. Monday

    Kickoff

    09:30 — 30 min

A written brief goes out at 09:00. The call at 09:30 exists to disagree with it, not to read it.

  2. Wednesday

    Craft review

    15:00 — 45 min

Work in progress on the wall. Partners critique, founder weighs in, decisions are made in the room.

  3. Friday

    Ship notes

    By 17:00 — async

A Loom, a decision log, and the plan for next week. No slide decks, no meeting to recap the meeting.

  4. Quarterly

    Compounding review

    90 minutes · leadership

What worked, what did not, and where the next quarter of budget will earn the highest return.

Tools & instrumentation

The stack we run every engagement on.

Boring on purpose. A shared toolset means the tenth week runs as smoothly as the first, and a new team member is productive on day one.

  • Figma

    Design, prototyping, and design tokens

  • Linear

    Roadmap, cycles, and issue tracking

  • Notion

    Briefs, decisions, and playbooks

  • Slack

    Async communication and standups

  • GitHub

    Code, reviews, and continuous delivery

  • PostHog

    Analytics, experiments, and dashboards
